Go and bitch to Brian Kelly about having to play in Orlando. If LSU had bothered to show up at A&M we wouldn't be playing in Orlando.
I’m just making a general statement. Too many of you get your parties in a wad.
I have no issue with the opponent, just that I’ve done this bowl game before and just was there for another sporting event.
Lsu fans will not be up for this because this game has happened multiple times the past 25 years.
That’s all, if you haven’t made the trip in a while… then go. But I bet most of you won’t. Proving my point.

Give me the free tickets and I’ll go.

I get it. But, unfortunately, the potential bowl options every year are limited. Of course, LSU could play in the Las Vegas Bowl, or Liberty Bowl, or Music City Bowl. But would you rather LSU have a lesser record to "get" to one of those bowls? I wouldn't. I can visit LV, or Nashville, or Memphis anytime without having a game between very mediocre teams as the reason for doing so.
Unless LSU is in the CFP or one of the NY6 bowls, the Citrus is kind of the next best thing. Not because of the game itself, but because it meant you had a pretty good season relative to the rest of the SEC. Would it have been nice to see LSU in, say, the Orange Bowl? Sure. But given they weren't in a bowl in 2020 and essentially played in a game no one was interested in last season, I'll happily take the Citrus Bowl THIS year.
