Don't know what games you are watching but Cincy played a 3-3-5. JL is a 3-4 but varies a lot with a 2-4-5 not being unusual.
Fick has already said they'll play the defense the personnel dictates.

This is certainly interesting with Tressel out recruiting rocking UW gear and rumors that the other co-DC is coming too.
That would make 3 guys with a DC title this year. How big is the assistant budget and how creative can Fick get with titles?
Of course, one of the UC guys could be a casualty, but I can’t imagine Tressel would be in front of recruits if there was any chance he wasn’t coming

I'm guessing Tressel would be a position coach, inside LB's possibly. The other defensive guy from Cincy would be the same.
Fick seemed to spread titles around to get his guys more money and even at that they weren't highly compensated. An AC position at UW will likely pay more than they were getting.
eta-April is the only coach from the current staff out recruiting, so he may be staying. Not guaranteed, but he's the only one doing it. (April is outside LBs)

He moved like 7 times or some such before retiring from the NFL. Supposedly his wife put her foot down on any more moves for a while.
And he's from WI. Although Tony is certainly not Madison.
