Is the market to build this 400 amp stuff difficult to break into? I guess I’m surprised there hasn’t been a shift in manufacturing to where labor is not an issue.

Is it raw materials? Steel? cuts and dies? What makes it so hard to make these electrical parts?

as usual it’s not just one thing. Specific to the 320/400 meter pans I have been told that milbank can’t get the resins for the socket. Who knows if that’s true but it’s a mess right now.

unfortunately a big factor is hoarding and reselling (similar to what happens when there’s a run on ammo)
