I’m happy people are losing weight because our health system could use it but damn. How about a little self control and exercise? What happens when they stop? Is it similar to eating through the sleeve?

I totally agree and get that. If people are just looking for a pill without the rest, they shouldn't be allowed to get it. However, those that need it as a hard jumpstart should be able to get it.

My neighbor has never run a step or been to a gym to my knowledge. I could see using it to jump start the process. It’d be hard to start running if you were a hundred pounds overweight, but I can’t see it as a long term solution.
