I'm admitting no such thing. I'm saying if fraud occurs you'll need to bring evidence of it before the court in order to get action. Which doesn't seem unreasonable. There have been instances of fraud captured and charged and out through court successfully previously. Just none that went forward without evidence and because people didn't like the outcome.
