Where did you read/hear that the county suggested up to 17,000 voters were disenfranchised?

I live here and have not heard anything like that. If it's true, it's hard to believe that wouldn't matter to a court.

The whole point is you can't quantify how many. There are countless media reports of long lines, tabulators down, people who 'already voted' yet were there to vote in MC. Just like you can't quantify the "mixed" ballots.

Now consider this… you’re standing in line and you hear people leaving disgruntled that they couldn’t cast their vote due to machine error. Do you stay and wait and wait or do you leave ? There is no way of knowing so “evidence” of the voter walking away because of tabulation issues isn’t quantifiable.
