There is a lot but take whatever interests you. Look at the movements and difficulty and the days per week did each one. Also, sub when necessary due to not liking the exercise, space restrictions, or wanting to mobility issues. Once you get the hang of it, you'll start creating your own workouts in the custom workout area and you can specify the number of reps, eccentric mode or chains or burnout mode, add in resting periods, etc. This machine is one of the best buys for home fitness.
