would you stay away from a 'used' new model Tundra?

Debating a lightly used truck and have been eyeing F150's but...
Seeing a lot of gently used '22 Tundras with low mileage. I know there have been reports of pretty widespread wastegate issues, is the number of well priced, low mileage, new model Tundras a sign to stay away?
I assume these are still covered under factory warranties but unless I'm mistaken lemon laws only apply to original owners.
