She doesn't know what she's talking about. The FCC standards for radio and TV are based on 'use of airwaves'. Cable TV doesn't use 'air' therefore you can buy porn channels on your cable TV.
Internet does not use 'air' so the FCC has no authority.

FCC regulates cable as per stations that broadcast still must meet those same standards on cable. Also, the FCC regulates the entire use of wireless from Verizon, AT&T, T-mobile, etc.., but not the content, just the spectrum.
