re: Do you see a therapist/counselor etc.?

I went to one several years ago when I was going through a rough patch. Seems like all she wanted to do was prescribe me medication which didn’t really help, just made me not care that my life sucked. When I realized what was going on I flushed the meds and never went back. I’m not saying therapists can’t be helpful, but it needs to be the right one.
