The true road to nowhere. It starts on a stub and dumps you into the hood in New Orleans and doesn’t even connect with Causeway. The on ramps and off ramps are like roach motels either you’re getting off and staying off or you’re getting on few exits inbound. The only big full interchange is at Clearview.

It would be nice if it connected with the rest of the interstates in the city.

Lolololol.
Earhart was a railroad right of way going from the CBD into the rail yards in Jefferson Parish. It was not extended until the middle 1980s which was late in the grand scheme of things.
