I don’t know why not. If you grew up in the 80’s and early 90’s the media breathlessly told everyone this wasn’t largely a “homosexual disease.” And we know the media would NEVER lie.
If you were an 18 years old male in 1988 the media told you there was a 98% chance you’d get HIV by having unprotected sex with your girlfriend.
30 years later you are seeing the TRUTH now that being gay is “cool”.

And they were all up in arms that Reagan wasn't talking about AIDS enough.
That's really what you want? A nice heart-to-heart with Ronnie about AIDS? (Or were they just looking for something to bitch about?)
