I think it's 10 minutes per pound.
Spray the basket you are putting it in with nonstick spray.
Put mesh cover on 15-20 before it's coming to final temp and it will crisp the skin.
I love the oil-less "fryer".
Have always had great results and don't have to deal with oil and the mess.
