Are you pretending or are you really this dumb?

When it comes to academic “diversity” initiatives, it’s always intended to bump up the numbers of blacks and to a lesser extent Hispanics. Asians are already over represented so such initiatives dont benefit them.

The ABA loves racial quotas, and it certainly isn’t for all races:

But fine, let’s pretend this is somehow aimed only at boosting immigrant admissions. Is that somehow better?

Law schools, like academia in general, are absolutely obsessed with SJW nonsense. It’s about the “cause”, not about training good lawyers. For example, Georgetown recently pulled out of the US News rankings because the metrics for those rankings weren’t woke enough:
