The support staff for ANY political office makes it literally to where no experience is required to do the job. A monkey can do it. That bullshite Is a narrative mainstream politicians push.
Now having an experienced campaign manager, yes that is important.

You don’t need any, but if you have experienced a campaign and run for office it can help you defeat your opponent.
It also helps to have experience in office to showcase yourself. No, not always but it gives you some throw weight and name recognition.
