Do you have one of the flip trees? I loathe taking the tree out of the box and having to shape the branches.
Brother’s mother in law has a flip tree. They had a slight quality control issue a few years ago- I wasn’t the one who fixed it, but theirs came unable to be flipped until her husband found a pin/screw/bolt that was in backwards or something to that effect. Someone else who has bought one at the same time has a lighting problem (either only half came on or the color/white side was out…I forget)
As far as a company goes, I’ve had some slow shipping times with them.
Their products are expensive, but they really are the best.
My front door is decked in their Apple Spice garland, wreaths, and topiaries. At Halloween I have their plastic cat/dog ghosts for my front porch. I get tons of comments on how good it looks. I have a couple of their hanging baskets for spring/summer.
I have no problem recommending the quality and how great their products are. I will buy a flip tree from them next (I’ve got a Costco one now- looks great, but I hate the 5 sections and stuffing them into a bag each year that wouldn’t take up any less space than the flip-up and would, presumably, keep straighter branches for longer).
This will be Year 5 on the Costco tree. It’s still going strong, I have no intention of replacing it for quality, but when it goes, a Balsam Hill flip tree is at the top of the list to replace it.

This one? For $500!!!!
I’d glue a bunch of Apple trackers and Tile squares to that and still worry about it getting swiped.
