When you are slammed and knee deep in a problem trying to troubleshoot and/or resolve it, and some impatient asshat wants to pick that particular time to hit you up for something completely unnecessary. And then he/she has a little temper tantrum that you tell them you'll get to it later because you're a little busy.

old women who wear nasty smelling perfume and even some of the younger ones. The guy in the office next to mine puts on enough cologne to bath an elephant, usually to cover up the smell of booze/partying from the night before. Take a shower asshat.
