Not anymore.

But....

All things Bama share a proud history of shitting pretty much anywhere (ask Sawfiddle ). For example:

Despite Coach Nick's work to Tide-y up the program's present image...

...there's only so much you can do for their fans - forever clinging to past glory...

I experience short bursts of EXTREME unconsciousness.

I'm generally a night person - a LATE night person. Unless I'm completely worn out - I won't even start to try and make myself sleep til 5 or 6am. The more hectic my week, the more my body just spins up and goes.

I was a multi-sport athlete for years - knocked out two degrees in 3.5 years holding down a part-time bar gig - played Division I soccer for 2 of them.

Most people need to complete 2 four-hour "sleep cycles" to feel rested - one suits me just fine. That and I'm manic/depressive, but the complete opposite of "rapid-cycling"...

93% Manic
7% Basket Case

I'm actually just killing time until "business hours" so I can follow up on some stuff, then I'm crashing.

Sounds like me, I probably avg. about 4-5 hrs./night. I'm ADHD, inattentive type v. hyper, though. If it weren't for Adderall, no way I would be able to concentrate long enough to sit at computer and work Photoshop.

I'm envious of your 93% to 7% ratio. Having that energy level sounds ideal, especially if you can control the compulsivity that typically accompanies M/D.

That is still a matter of some conjecture

That compulsivity occurs in Bipolar Disorder or that compulsivity is problematic?

I was referring to my "ability to control compulsivity"

Ohhhhh... I see.

Some compulsions are fun though; but they typically end up being very expensive.
