It’s really not DJT’s fault the Republican Party had no message for the American people. That’s straight up McConnell, McCarthy and Rhonda’s fault. Terrible leadership brings terrible results

Yeah, I'd argue that Trump is more a symptom of the utter vacuum of leadership in the current national GOP than he is a cause. Of course, it's convenient for the weak kneed worms like McConnel to allow people to believe he's the cause, though.
