Did you not think to ask this of your attorney when you “talked” or did you just call one of those injury places. Should be very simple to find out what their homeowners policy will cover but if it is this significant plus the trauma of being “attacked” you should get a very nice chunk of they do what they can. Does the owner of the dog have any assets as you can tell?
