I fish in the high 20s and low 30s all winter. I wear insulated LaCrosse boots, Grunden bibs and a Grunden jacket. Layered underneath I've got merino wool.
If it gets really cold and nasty, I wear ice fishing bibs. I also have some neoprene gloves.
Gotta put the work in because every late dall/winter I'm trying to break the blue catfish record along with deadsticking for stripers.
