The Warnock / Walker vote count difference is 35,000.
The Libertarian candidate - Oliver - got 81,000 votes.
That's the reason Walker got less votes than Warnock.
Also, I believe that there is a respect amongst independents and left leaning centrists for Kemp, because he stood up to Trump during the 2020 election and supported his Sect. of State, Raffensberger.

Unfortunately there are a lot of Ga Tech fans that would rather not vote for a Dawg legend. Sad but true.
