Can we all at least agree that it should have been a personal foul? You can't hit a QB after they start their slide...regardless of how hard or physical the hit was...right? The goal of this specific penalty is to correct the behavior of hitting a QB while in that position. The goal isn't to just lessen the blow of the QB getting hit in this position.
