Neck before STTDB

Does anyone have a good video of the stadium doing neck without (or with minimum) STTDB? Perhaps from back when the band first added it to their playlist? Of course, that assumes that STTDB was not always part of Neck.

Speaking of that, when did they first start playing it? I think I remember it being played at the 2005 or 2007 (3OT McFadden)Ark games.

I found a lame video from 2009 ULL game where the STTDB is muted, because the stands were empty.
