Just come to the central coast, don’t even need to leave coastal CA to find good folks. We bought a home in Monterey this spring and it’s been absolutely fantastic. Conservative great folks, San Carlos Parish has been a great church community, walkability, no traffic ever, amazing schools, parks, perfect year round weather, non existent crime, outdoor recreation, hiking, surfing, fresh seafood, breweries, world class golf, 30 min to Big Sur, Bay Area Wages

Thanks SS. I love that area but we need family around or at least drivable. I am keeping my Bay Area job. I won’t make quite as much because I will only work 24 hours a week but I think the savings will off set. I don’t think I would practice where ever we go because no where else will pay this amount of money to answer the phone.
