The exit /shops/restaurants/ stuff to the North of I-10 Biloxi is considered D'iberville. I would highly recommend El Ranchero in the Shopping Center by Academy.

IMO, that's your best bet (and Woolmarket) and where I see next phase of growth. North of I-10 means lower insurance premiums but still close enought to commercials centers, which are also moving that way.

yup that's what we decided too when moving from Alaska back to the South.

I live just outside Diberville corp limits on 3+ acres.

I'm 8 minutes from the shopping area, 15 minutes from the casinos, 20 minutes from ocean springs.

I know 3 young families that live/lived in Woolmarket and they all lamented the decision. Two of them don’t like being out there and 1 actually sold their house and moved back into Biloxi proper. They keep saying it’s going to develop but it just doesn’t. You end up just in a subdivision outside of town where you still have to drive in to get everything. Your mileage may vary.
