Not immediately downtown, more west end, but the new Virgin Hotel and the Graduate Hotel are awesome spots. I like the rooftops at both.
The new JW is great. Margaritaville Hotel is great.
There’s so many new spots, take your pick let’s be honest. And AirBnB’s out the arse.

OP, your daughter would love the Graduate. It's probably pretty pricy, but it's super cute and tik tok/IG worthy. You'll need reservations for the White Limozeen rooftop or for Brunch there, but it's all sort of Dolly Parton themed and pink and flashy.
