I mistakenly hired some of these people. I run a cleaning service. I had one who took a two-hour lunch on her second day of training and skipped an entire home. During her lunch she kept messaging me asking for a "managerial" position- she never held one in a previous job but felt she deserved one. When I fired her when she showed up at the third home, she went had a meltdown and harassed me for hours because I fired her for taking lunch. I explained that no company that I've ever worked for allows a 2-hour lunch. EVER- and that any company would have fired her.
