I feel bad for this kid.
Not that he has to work a shite job, but he hasn't been taught how to handle it. I was in a similar position, and it took a lot of shite jobs to realize that nobody is coming to save you. And this guy is obviously not there yet. I don't know if he'll ever get there, but he's playing the victim and he's expecting a life that will never be.
Working a customer service job is a bitch. It sucks. But it's not getting any better by expecting someone to come save the day. Figure it out or have a long, tough life ahead of you.

I learned how to handle it by sucking it up and realizing all adults work long hours or they don't do too well in life.. If this person wants less money, just work less hours.
