Because Dwight was not responsible enough to show up ON TIME for multiple meetings. Kelly had to change the fractured culture at LSU. It started with "accountability" and seeing which players could show up on time for meetings. After repeatedly being late, warned for his tardiness, and interrupting meetings that had already started, Kelly dismissed McGlothern from the team. It was a teaching lesson since this type of behavior will get you fired in the real business world.
You think players at A&M are showing up late for meetings ? ABSOLUTELY as Jimbo has no discipline

for A@M.Paid mercaneries who could care less about their team,yea thats the ticket.
Ialso posted that ND was going to be in for a shock when a
players coach with no fire or intensity was going to be
sucessful at a school with limited enrollment and is most
opponents Super Bowl.I was ridiculed. Thats fine I`m a big
boy ,and right.
