Policies are not laws. Is cursing in the press box against some policy, or against the law? Those who are getting all emotional, and crying that you should not do it, while correct, are neglecting to answer if it is against the law.

Or did Karen in the stands, whose son's team was taking home an arse-whoopin', suddenly get sensitive and call her neighbor, the Sheriff, to come stop this foul language coming out of the mouths of these dirty black men?

Something tells me this will see litigation.
