Part of the problem with "you people" is that you have complete disdain for people who actually work lower tier jobs that are essential to our economy.
People here constantly bitch about inflation then berate the shite out of any hourly employee that thinks they aren't being compensated enough.

Pretty bold assumptions considering you know nothing about me, but that’s the problem with “you people.”
You gobble up the media/govt narrative that someone handing a burger through a window has a legitimate grievance while the rest of us that actually worked hard to achieve something have to stfu about inflation and pay our exorbitant taxes to support others with less ambition

No. I have complete disdain for welfare leeches who spend their entire pathetic, worthless lives figuring out how to live on taxpayer dollars without ever working a day in their lives.
Those people should not be allowed to vote. If you take more from the government than you pay in taxes, you should not have a vote on how (or how much of) other people's money is spent.

No, we berate the shite out of them for thinking a minimum wage job should be a career and support them as such. Learn a different set of skills useful in the workforce and build your own network and establish your own brand. Lower tier is just that. Start lower and build your way up. No, that’s not being a manager for said fast food place making 16/hour instead of $10-13
