Father had bachelor ('35) and masters ('36) degrees there, taught there for 33 years after getting ph.d. in agronomy at Iowa State; Alumni professor of the year in '75; met my mother there working in the cafeteria; she received her bachelors degree there. My brother and his wife graduated there. I received my undergraduate (BR) and medical (Shreveport) degrees there. Various nieces and nephews have graduated.
Went to my first game when I was six years old. We had "family plan" faculty tickets in the '50's for $24 per 6 game set of four (a dollar per game per ticket).
My brother was in Tiger Stadium for Cannon's Ole Miss run.
