My PawPaw was a civil engineer (Delgado educated) and one of his early projects was the north end-zone of Tiger Stadium, then Hatcher/Hodges dorms and later south end-zone and the dorms. He got interested in LSU football after working on the stadium and then sent his kids there and almost every degree in our family is from LSU.
My cousin, who also became an engineer, has a framed blueprint of an old version of TS that she pulled from his desk.
