Legs are going to be very tough without weights but you can stick one foot in a ring and do bulgarian split squats, or do assisted pistol squats with the rings. You should probably get a Weighted vest at least for leg training though. Or go make a sandbag





this. get you a set of rings and google body by rings pdf and then get a vest, kb, or make a sandbag to really get the legs.

on the legs do lots of uni-lateral work.
