He forgot to replace US with Fed/Central Banks. Also, left out the part about how they lose the ability to enslave the populations if the dollar collapses.

we are bankrupt,many countries announced they will no longer buy oil in dollars.it doesn`t matter we are going in to a new system soon,everything changes
