It’s the $100 billion plus that will “needed” to rebuild Ukraine (and maybe Russia) after this war. That’s when the dirty money people will really get paid.

It's going to be paid for by Ukrainians through thier sovereignty. We're not giving this money to Ukraine. It's a lend-lease loan which means they have to pay it back. We're basically making a mafia deal with them. Wait until we start really using it as leverage to frick them. We'll probably be fighting them I'm the next few decades.
