It’s actually an interesting question. Was BLM an actual scam in a legal sense? Did they make promises to do certain things with the money that they failed to do.

My guess is that it wasn’t a scam in a legal sense. I don’t know that they actually promised to anything specific with the money. It was just basically white guilt insurance.

I would love for some media organization to do a real investigation into what BLM has actually done to help their community. List all of the housing they have provided? Food? Utility assistance? Legal assistance? How many ppl did they have out rescuing black ppl during floods?

It was a foundation but I don't find anything claiming 501(c)3 but if it is, I think the founder buying multiple, multi million dollar homes would qualify as such; both scam and illegal. JMO
