my buddy is 41 and just quit his gig as a HS teacher to be a house inspector.
Hes training to get all certifications but he already said hes making more money and working half the hours.

then he's lying, have to get the certs first, then get "apprentice" time OTJ with someone who is certified before you can start inspecting
