Where does the “city council is scared of her” come from. Most of the council has gotten in her way whenever they can. They filed suit and shite down her Wisner trust BS. If she doesn’t pay the 30k back they will dock her pay in November. There is only so much they can do. The council can’t remove her from office.

They were before she became a lame duck. None would frick with her because the powers that be wanted her to stay mayor.
