When you are driving along 10 in the Florida panhandle... somewhere (I think it's east of Tallahassee) there is a massive electric line infrastructure just on the north side of the interstate.
It looks like it can withstand 200 mph winds.
If the rest of the state has that kind of infrastucture, I can see where the damage wasn't as catastrophic and they can get the lines back up earlier.
They (like Entergy I will say) do a good job of massing crews who can work in the neighborhoods.
Where LA struggles is the major infrastrucure is crap and takes longer to rebuild.
Where as it seems the most of the damage in FL is running new lines and flipping breakers.
