I think his point is that they will be there for the sake of woke. Not based on the ability to do the job. Speaking to the Assistant DC. Now the trainer is perfectly fine, anyone, male or female can be the athletic trainer. The Assistant DC is a bit of a stretch, but there have been a lot of people who didn’t play but can coach, myself being one of them. Sometimes you just see the game differently and that can be a positive.
