Everywhere I go, people are saying that this is a bad year. They are saying be calm even though things aren't going the way they usually do. USUALLY DO? We usually go to BCS games and win national titles? What the hell? Is the team not allowed to break in new players because of graduation. It's one thing to be pissed, and be pissed in particular about the way we lose. We have lost to two top 10 teams, and because they have been relatively ugly, we have the student paper throwing players under the bus, fans panicking, and everyone just up in arms about the possibility that we may lose more than 2 games in the Miles era.

This warrants a huge

Seriously, everyone just needs to shut up, and cheer on the Tigers to some big wins, hopefully over Bama' right now...since it would definitely ease the pain of this year. But we could also still cherish some wins over other rivals like Tulane and Ole Miss, and be happy that we finally took out Auburn at Jordan Hare. We are still going bowling, and maybe at a decent one like the Cotton...

I'm just tired of people on here, most notably the bandwagon fans, saying we are failing his year because we are losing some games. This shite will happen...

I think that most people are concerned because there has been an undeniable trend when it comes to our defense. SEC 1rst - 9th In just one year.

That definitely worries me. The talent is obviously there. But I am confident Miles when make the change at the appropriate time, and that time is not now. Do it after the season. Let the guys get more than 6 games to do their thing. Last I checked, our offense scored just as much as Georgia's offense did...

If LSU didn't have talent, I'd say amen. But, the talent here is unmistakable.

It's coaching, and that shite is unacceptable at this stage of the program.

Everyone's man crush, Nick Saban, would call that "Catastrophe Syndrome."

Guess he didn't solve that problem...

Definitely agree. We need to gut out the rest of the season. If we lose no more than 3 games total while we're playing with rookie QBs and no true Defensive Cordn, I'll feel like we didn't lose too much ground on the program.

there is no question that most sane Tiger fans understood that this was a rebuilding year and expected 2-3 loses. No one expected our defense to be this horrible. It is unacceptable for our defense to go from 1st in the SEC to 9th. That is why most people are upset. For example if our loses were by 7-10 points agame that would be understandable, but the defense is letting our opponents hang half a hundred on us and that is mind boogling.

I agree...if we were loosing because of our offense, I wouldn't be so concerned. But we are loosing because of our defense, so I'm a little troubled by the direction it is headed...just sayin'.

It's not the numbers(of losses or even the margins)..it's the loss of faith in having complete competency across the board, attention-to-details, sense of urgency, full ownership(Coaches and Players..Miles doesn't give Saban's eloquence and accountability in press conferences..Miles lacks Saban's excellence in MINUTIAE..current players don't sound similar to Michael Clayton and Marcus Spears in their remarks, maturity, understanding,etc..)..

Even in defeat, the color of the current grey matter just isn't nearly the same shade as when under Saban..

The details are different, current and future competence seemingly lacks the same level of faith to many fans..be they right or wrong.

So far the record is exactly where I expected it to be. Let's wait until the end to determine if the whole year is bad or not.
