So there are 3 teams worth a crap

Apparently UGA, AL and OSU have 40% of all 5 stars and it shows.
One of the 3 of them will win yet again and if they don’t, it’s the ultimate fail.
Only question is which team will be the 4 seed and the sacrificial lamb.

Thus, why Bama/UGa/Ohio St vs The Field bet has went up up and away, from -300ish to 6/1 to 15/1 chalk over the last few weeks.
It's just a very expensive short term CD..not only will it be one of the three..they all but cockblock The Field down to but one puncher's chance at making the Final 4.

This is the reason I’m happy for the expanded playoff. Maybe that winds up with the same final 4 teams every year, maybe not.. but at least there’s a chance something happens to upset the norm of these 3 plus one of Clemson, OU, or flavor of the year team being the only ones with a real shot.

The same teams winning every year is sucking the life out of the playoff system and I think is eroding the fun of CFB. UGA is a relative newcomer, OSU and Ok are always in the playoffs but have only won once between the two of them. Bama is just tiresome.

If fricking Missouri can give Georgia fits and Utah is rocking and rolling and Penn State and Michigan, maybe we might be surprised with a 12-team playoff like March Madness.
