FIFA 23 - anyone playing?

Got it for PS4 (yes PS4) yesterday. Will the upcoming World Cup DLC content actually include more licensed teams or are the base international teams all that will be in the game?
I didn't own the previous FIFA that had the 2018 World Cup content.

In 2018 they added all the teams that were in the tourney that weren't already there. Although they basically mailed the presentation in. Now that they know they're not gonna have the WC rights after this game getting ready for it to be completely bare and souless.

Disappointing, but…. last FIFA so had to get it and my last two were 21 and 19 anyway.

Will they put all the official WC stadiums in? Qatar is actually in the game already as a team but none of the stadiums.

Didn’t know this was out yet. Haven’t played in years but decided I’d get this one since it’s released right before the WC. Expecting this version to have legit intl squads and solid DLC. Will have to go out and buy it today.

In the base game no, but supposedly any missing international teams that made the WC will be in the game via free post-launch WC DLC/game update.

It’s also the last FIFA. Definitely worth a buy this go around.

Defending is much better. I don’t hate it because it takes you have to move the ball to score. Last year every game would end 5-3 which is too much imo

I have a PS4 and am considering buying it. Currently still playing FIFA 20. I hear you can create your own clubs etc. What do you think so far?

I love it.. gameplay is much better than from 21. Only have played 22 a bit at a friend's house and that was very recently so I can't say how it compares to 22.

I play mostly Kick Off matches when I have time to play a match or two and have only played two games so far, both wins (and I’ve been playing against World Class AI for many years):

Really confused by the transfer rating system.
Just sold a player for slightly over their market value but got rated an F because I could have gotten $300k more for him.

I pretty much only play online seasons. Lots of matchups against Mexicans when playing with 4 star Leeds. My last 4 games. Scores going down sort of.
