I only watch college football on ESPN. The rest of the year I could care less.

I suppose paying for only 4 months of Youtube TV would work.

This is the best option. It's what we do. No lock-in, no BS, no paying for 1000 channels of trash.

The sad reality is that both of these companies are such behemoths, and even so their product is awful. Particularly ESPN. Hard for me to advocate giving money to the network with the 3rd rate announcers, 480p broadcast, middle finger to the fans constantly, and general ineptitude.

ESPN is one of the worst broadcasts pound for pound on television right now. I'd rather watch an FS1 game. Amazon's TNF broadcast might be the best football product point blank I've ever seen, and I'd be embarrassed if I was an ESPN exec.

Never thought about that. YoutubeTV for 4 months of the only time I actually use ESPN.

This is year 3 of the YouTube tv for 4 months plan for us. I like it and don't I'll ever go back to cable/dish.
