It make a hell of a difference if Trump was in charge. Putin feared Trump because he would put him in his place. None of this bullshite would happen as weak people helped put a very stupid and corrupt man in office. No one respects him and Putin sees this nation as a pushover because of the hair sniffer.
Putin doesn't want nuclear war, he wants something but you can't get the truth from anyone because they all have an AGENDA and they LIE. No one knows jack shite of what is going on.
This is where Trump is missed because you have someone that is a good at negotiating behind the scenes. Trump said this wouldn't have happened if he was in office because you fear but respect someone who will put you on the spot. Instead we have Joe that literally shits his pants and has made a statement for the death of Putin. Do you think that will help anything? No and it will continue to make the problem worse.
I don't fear as much what Putin will do but fear more of what our politicians will do in the states that are determined into dragging us in a war.

All you can do is look at what Putin did and didn't do when Trump was Prsident. He didn't invade Ukraine. So, yeah, it made a hyuge difference.
