too late to sell now. stick it out and pray for the best. but once it gets high again i do not blame anyone for liquidating if they are near retirement and had enough of this. problem with these high paying dividends is they are very volatile. safer investment means way less returns in retirement and that may not cut it therefore needing it all to be in RE rentals, hard money loans, etc. for example most cannot afford to have hundreds of thousands in QYLD to watch it crash like this if you were retired and needed that to live off of. All you could do is keep drawing out the dividend. you may not be in a position to reinvest it if you needed that income to live off.
