Whats the fricking problem with that? Sorry if you have to wait in the waiting room an extra 10 minutes but if the person ahead of you would have showed up early like we asked them to then we wouldnt be backed up.
WTF is wrong with some of you people
And people bitch about having to see NP/PA's...it helps keeping the flow of patients moving.

I'm not talking about a doctor's office that's why I didn't respond to the OP. Those instructions are expressed to the patient when the appointment is made. I responded to the unwritten rule that some people personally choose to implement.
