Burrow fans aren’t going to like it but he’s spot on. I thought the same thing when he showed up to the super dressed like a pimp then played like arse. He shouldn’t spent all those hours he put into that ridiculous getup into preparing for the game instead. He has time to turn it around.

I thought Joe mental maturity was better than that. That was extremely embarrassing.

Burrow seemed to be 100% football at all times in college to make his dream come true. And his dream was winning a college football national championship (he said that numerous times). He was hyper-focused.

He did seem to get slightly off track with the image stuff last year (new teeth, the goofy clothes,
a few political moments, etc.). But it wasn't like the guy was making daily twitter, facebook and instagram posts. And he took the worst team to 2nd best and was within 4 points of winning the Super Bowl in just his 2nd year just following a major surgery. That was a phenomenal accomplishment. Burrow is a great football player. He only had the bad game against Pittsburgh and the dude had surgery for his appendix right before the season and had to go weeks without throwing/practicing (and had said before the season started that his velocity was not back to normal yet following the surgery).

They are only two games into the season. If they get to game 5 or 6 and he is struggling, then I'd say you can question if there is an issue even remotely comparable to Kaepernick
